Tracy Laverty has over twenty years of business experience as a Coach, Consultant and Corporate Trainer. Tracy created Laverty Consulting in 2000, so she could serve as a liaison between her clients and their personal and professional goals.
Tracy serves as a Coach, Confidante and Consultant to people who want to make a change – either personally or professionally. Tracy is committed to her clients, and she wants nothing more than to see them happy and successful. She believes that people can have exactly what they want in life, and after she guides them in discovering what they really want, she helps them achieve that vision.

As a trainer and personal coach, Tracy’s main goal is for participants to have breakthroughs in their professional and personal goals. Tracy defines a personal breakthrough as “an exciting new way of perceiving life so everything changes and becomes even better. The breakthrough creates a paradigm shift so powerful that you can never go back to the old “you”.
Along with Franklin Covey and Wilson Learning courses, Tracy is certified in the following Achieve Global Sales programs: Professional Sales Negotiations, Professional Sales Skills: Coaching, Account Development Strategies, PSS: Core, and Quality Service Skills. Prior to starting Laverty Coaching and Consulting, Tracy was a Facilitator for Maritz, a Senior Organization Development Consultant at Trans Union and served as a Territory Manager for Michelin Tire Corporation.
Tracy graduated with a Business and Marketing Degree from University of Illinois at Champaign/Urbana. She is affiliated with the International Coaching Federation, Coach University and the American Society for Training and Development.
Tracy enjoys traveling, outdoor activities, writing, and music. She loves to explore the city of Chicago with her nine year old daughter Ireland, they both enjoy the many outdoor concerts and festivities that the great Windy City has to offer.
